Economy
Air Tahiti Moana Economy Class offers the most economical yet comfortable way to fly. Serving Auckland, Tokyo, Los Angeles and Paris from its base in Papeete, the airline’s modern Airbus A-340s offer an inviting cabin decorated in soothing blue tones. Excellent leg room comes from the generous 33 inch seat pitch while the seat itself features supportive cushion and an adjustable head rest for sleeping. Pillows and blankets are also available at each seat.
Entertainment: Air Tahiti has upgraded its in-flight entertainment to include the sophisticated RAVE IFE system. This system holds hundreds of options for on-demand entertainment where guests can choose from movies, television programs, music, games, duty-free shopping and travel information. Personal 9 inch touch screens are available at each seat.
Food and Beverage: Economy guests enjoy French chef and destination inspired hot meal choices which are accompanied with a salad and dessert. A complimentary bar and beverage service is also provided. Special dietary and religious meals may be requested and must be ordered at least 36 hours in advance.
Poerava Business
Poerava Business class is the ultimate in international travel. Guests will enjoy wide armchair seating in a secluded cabin with just 30 seats. The dual aisle aircraft features two abreast seating where every guest has either a window seat or direct aisle access. The spacious seats provide a recline of over 150 degrees and built in footrests give guests the opportunity to stretch out and get comfortable.
Entertainment: Each seat comes equipped with a personal 12 inch TV screen with remote control. Poerava Business passengers can select from current and classic movies and a wide range of other entertainment options on the state-of-the-art RAVE IFE entertainment system.
Food and Beverage: Five Star dining is what really sets Poerava Business Class apart. Choose from a varied menu with French and Polynesian inspired dishes, all of which are individually plated and served on elegant crockery. Air Tahiti’s Parisian sommelier personally selects the fine wines that complement the delicious foods.
Carry-on
Guests in all classes of service are permitted one piece of carry-on luggage plus one personal item. Personal items include a small handbag, camera case, infant bag or laptop bag. The maximum weight of the carry-on bag is 10kg (22lbs) and must be within the total linear dimensions of 115cm (45in).
Code-share flights operated by airlines other than Air Tahiti Nui may have different carry-on baggage policies.
Checked
Economy guests are allowed 1 checked bag for free with a maximum weight of 23kg (50lbs). Business class guests are allowed 2 free bags, each with a total weight of 32kg (70lbs). The linear size limitations for all bags are 158cm (62in). Linear dimensions are found by adding the length, width and height of a bag.
Any item weighing more than 32kg (70lbs) will not be accepted. These items must be shipped as freight
Bulky Items
Items exceeding 23kg (50lbs) for economy or more than 158cm will be charged extra. The maximum weight of any one item is 32kg while the maximum length is 250cm (98in). There is a four bag maximum per passenger.
Air Tahiti does offer a special allowance for surf, golf and diving equipment. One bag with such equipment will be accepted above the standard checked baggage allowance provided that the equipment is properly packaged, that it includes only surf, golf or diving equipment and does not exceed 23kg and 250cm (98in) in length.

Infant Baggage
Infants under the age of two are not offered a carry-on allowance however the accompanying adult may take one personal item on board such as a small diaper or food bag. The checked baggage allowance for infants is one piece with a 10kg (22lbs) maximum plus one folding stroller or pram.
Guests may not check more than four items.
Restricted or Dangerous Goods
Restricted items include such things as firearms and ammunition, explosives, fireworks, toxins and corrosives, flammable liquids, gasses and solids as well as petrol operated equipment or machines. These are all classified as dangerous goods and are never permitted to fly. Any questionable item must be declared to airline staff at time of check-in.
Some items, such as electric wheelchair batteries may be permitted if properly carried. Please check with your Flight Centre Travel Consultant on specific items that are restricted as well as for proper packaging tips for those items which are accepted.
Air Tahiti Nui does not offer online check-in. Passengers are required to check-in for their flight at the airport ticket counter between 2 and 3 hours before departure. Check-in closes 1 hour before departure. Valid passports and visas are the responsibility of the passenger and these documents will be checked before boarding passes are issued.

Pre-Flight Lounge Relaxarion in Papeete
Air Tahiti Nui provides a comfortable lounge at Papeete International Airport just above the departure gates. Shared lounges in Auckland, Los Angeles, Tokyo and Paris are provided by partner airlines. Business class guests and elite frequent flyer members will be given an invitation for entry upon check-in prior to departure.
These comfortable lounge facilities not only include quiet seating areas but also feature snacks and beverages, reading materials, work spaces and more.
Fly Higher with Club Tiare
It’s free to join the Club Tiare frequent flyer program. The more you travel on Air Tahiti Nui and its airline partners, the more benefits you receive. The three membership status levels determine the benefits and awards offered to participants in the program.
The entry level Club Tiare starts members off with a 3,000 miles points bonus upon their first activity and gives flyers the opportunity to earn miles for travel with Air Tahiti Nui. Members will also receive exclusive access to promotional offers.
Silver
Club Tiare members will achieve elite Silver status upon accumulating 30,000 miles on Air Tahiti during a calendar year. Silver members will also receive a 50% miles bonus as well as one additional item of checked luggage on Air Tahiti services, priority baggage delivery, access to the Business Class check-in line and no fee date changes that are made to valid flights and itineraries.
Gold
The third and highest status level is Gold. This level is reached upon achieving 60,000 Air Tahiti miles. Gold members receive a 75% miles bonus for sectors flown as well as free date changes to valid award flights and itineraries, one free date change to a purchased ticket, an additional piece of checked luggage and priority delivery and choice of seats.
