Africa Stay Zanzibar flights cancelled between 18 June and 12 July 2022
Flight Centre is proactively contacting customers who have confirmed a booking to Zanzibar with Africa Stay, between 18 June and 12 July 2022 (inclusive).
Africa Stay has unfortunately cancelled flight departures from South Africa to Zanzibar between 18 June and 12 July 2022. Direct flights that are due to return to South Africa from Zanzibar on 18 June and 21 June 2022, are unaffected and will continue as scheduled.
Africa Stay has communicated the following options:
- - Customers can obtain a full refund should they no longer opt to travel to Zanzibar on the affected dates
- - Customers can elect to hold their booking as credit, for up to three years for future travel
Should customers wish to continue with their travel to Zanzibar, our Travel Experts are able to assist with alternative, indirect flight options. Any new flights confirmed would be payable by customers and their Travel Expert would apply for a refund for the affected flight confirmed with Africa Stay.
Travel Experts are proactively contacting affected customers to explore the options available to them. Customers with imminent departures are being contacted as a priority today.
Customers who wish to confirm new travel bookings to Zanzibar are still able to do so and Travel Experts can provide options on alternative airlines.
