Pick up your car from Cape Town International Airport and take a drive to Lagoon Beach Hotel & Spa and check into your accommodation. Why not spend the afternoon exploring V&A Waterfront for some shopping or visit Table Mountain. Enjoy a beautiful sunset at Signal Hill or Camps Bay Beach.

Use your Two Oceans Aquarium pass and spend the afternoon marveling at what this world-class marine exhibit has to offer. It features fascinating marine species, including ragged-tooth sharks, turtles, penguins, jellyfish and vibrant coral displays. Once you’re done here, why not take a drive along Chapman’s Peak. Drive for some stunning coastal views. Stop at Hout Bay for some fresh seafood before making your way back to your hotel.

Before leaving, visit Bo-Kaap and take a look at their colourful houses and the Cape Malay culture. Start your 45 minute journey to Stellenbosch and check in at the Protea Hotel Dorpshuis. Why not enjoy a wine tasting at Spier Wine Farm before exploring Stellenbosch town and its oak-lined streets.

After breakfast at your hotel, take the Franschhoek Wine Tram for a hop-on-hop off vineyard experience. Visit Boschendal or Haute Cabriere for some wine tasting and enjoy some dinner in Franschhoek before returning to Stellenbosch for the night.

Take the scenic drive via Route 62 – this is the longest wine route in the world. Stop at Ronnie’s Sex Shop along the way (this is a quirky pub and not at all what it sounds like) and once in Oudtshoorn, visit the Cango Caves for a cave tour. Check in at the Protea Hotel Oudtshoorn for the night.

Visit an Ostrich Farm before heading out of Oudtshoorn and drive over the Outeniqua Pass to the Garden Route. Stop at Wilderness for a beach walk. Arrive in Knysna and check in to the Protea Hotel Knysna Quays. Spend the afternoon exploring the Knysna Waterfront before enjoying a sunset at the Knysna Heads.

Take a boat cruise on the Knysna Lagoon and visit the Featherbed Nature Reserve. Explore Buffalo Bay Beach in the afternoon and enjoy dinner at the East Head Cafe.

After leaving Knysna, stop in Plettenberg Bay for a Robberg Nature Reserve hike. Visit Birds of Eden or Monkeyland Sanctuary along the route and then continue to Tsitsikamma National Park. Why not walk the Suspension Bridge at Storms River before stopping for delicious milkshakes and Marilyn's Diner. Arrive in Port Elizabeth and check into the Boardwalk Hotel.

Enjoy a full day self-drive at Addo Elephant National Park. Spot elephants, lions,zebras, buffalo and rhinos. Return to Port Elizabeth for dinner at The Beach Hotel.

Spend the morning relaxing on the bustling Hobie Beach or the serene beach of Sardinia Bay before dropping your rental car at Port Elizabeth and heading back home.
