Public Transport

A shuttle bus, high speed ferry and trains service the airport. The fastest way to reach Osaka from the airport is via the Kansai Airport Rapid Service which takes approximately 65 minutes.

Car Hire

Car hire desks can be accessed via the second floor connection passage from the Passenger Terminal Building. Companies include Nippon, Toyota, Nissan, Orix, Mazda and JAPAREN. You can book your car online to guarantee availability.

Check-in

Check-in zones for international flights are located in the International Departures Lobby on the fourth floor.

Money Exchange

There are over ten money exchange outlets located throughout Kansai International Airport. Pre-purchase Japanese yen from Travel Money OZ.

Business Services

Kansia International Airport has a Business Centre located at the northern end of level four. Facilities on offer include a fax machine, photocopier, message service, PCs, meeting room and mobile rentals. Use of the facilities is based on a fee.

Free Wi-fi is available past security at the North Wing, South Wing and International Gate Area and before security at various locations throughout the terminal

Family Facilities

Dedicated nursing rooms, some with microwaves for warming up baby food, can be found inside the airport's women's restrooms as well as individual rooms. The airport has a Kix Kid's Room, a dedicated children's play room located in the centre of the international departure area. Kids Play Areas are also available in both International and Domestic Gates.

A left baggage service is available at the northern and southern ends of the first and fourth floors. The airport also has coin lockers, a baggage delivery service and porter service.

Coin operated showers are available on the north side of the second floor next to the information centre.

Japan Airlines - Japan Airlines has two Sakura Lounges, one in the south gate area of the International Terminal and another at the Domestic Gate Area. Inside the lounge First and Business Class guests can enjoy complimentary beverages and snacks, while relaxing in comfort. Business services offered include public phones, fax, copy machines, PCs and Wi-fi.

Thai Airways - Thai Airways passengers flying in First Class and Royal Silk are welcome to enjoy Osaka's Royal Orchid Lounge located on the north wing of the International Gate Area. Guests can recline and relax in comfortable surrounds, check their emails on the free Wi-fi and be treated to a range of complimentary snacks and beverages.

Korean Air - Located on the third floor of the terminal, the Korean Air Lounge is open to Korean Air's First and Business Class passengers. Lounge facilities include a sleeping area, women's only rest area, smoking room, showers, PC's with internet access, business facilities and TV screens. Complimentary snacks and beverages are also available.
