Always provide your frequent flyer number when you make a reservation on a qualifying SkyTeam flight or when checking in (online, at a desk or using a kiosk) to ensure your frequent flyer miles are automatically credited to your account.
Redeeming Points With SkyTeam
As a member of a frequent flyer program within the SkyTeam family, you can:
- Redeem your frequent flyer miles for an award ticket on any SkyTeam-operated flight worldwide. Only one reservation is required, regardless of the SkyTeam airline you travel on, and irrespective of whether multiple SkyTeam member airlines are in your itinerary.
- Use your frequent flyer miles towards special SkyTeam Travel Passes. Redeem frequent flyer miles for a 'Go Round the World' pass that allows travel on any combination of SkyTeam-operated flights around the world.
